wqUseVolume - Conditional

Provide the annual volume for each water use that is a significant pressure in Hm3.

    The Guidance on the completion of the schema element  ask to "Provide the annual volume for each water use that is a significant pressure in Hm3." but then tries to clarify it by adding "In case of ConsumptiveUseIndustryEnergy, if available, provide the percentage of the annual volume of surface water consumption from energy production in the RBD ..."

    If what is asked for is the volume in Hm3, then the text in bold and underlined should be changed by "provide the part"
