If water abstraction has been identified as a significant pressure at the RBD level, report the WEI+ for the worst month as a percentage at RBD level. Reporting of the WEI+ for the worst month is not required in those cases where water scarcity does not exhibit a seasonal pattern. In those cases report ‘0’.
