If water abstraction has been identified as a significant pressure at the RBD level, report the worst month of the year (in the format YYYY-MM) used in the calculation of the WEI+ for the worst month at RBD level. Reporting of the WEI+ for the worst month is not required in those cases where water scarcity does not exhibit a seasonal pattern.
