impactPublicParticipation - Required.(ImpactPublicParticipation_Enum)

Select the impact(s) of the public participation process on the RBMPs from the enumeration list. This refers to the whole RBMP process, not just the 6 month consultation on the draft plan. More than one impact may be selected. If ‘Other’ is selected, specify the impact(s) in impactPublicParticipationOther.
