    the guidance says

    'The threshold values established for nitrates and pesticides need only be reported if they are more stringent than the groundwater quality standards identified in GWD Annex. '

    however (in order to be consistent with quality check 10030) In some cases the threshold values for nitrates and pesticides identified in GWD Annex must be reported because they are the reason of causing risk or causing failure
