We suggest to delete this schema element as detailed information on starting points for trend reversal will be provided (for each pollutant for which threshold values have been established) in schema element "startingPointTrendReversal" in class "ThresholdValue".
If the schema element will be kept, the schema element should either become conditional (only to be reported if the starting points for trend reversal are not 75 %) or an option should be included to indicate that the starting point for trend reversal is 75%.
