Report the starting points for trend reversal, at which level, and whether there is already a methodology available for the assessment of trend reversal.

We suggest to delete this schema element as detailed information on starting points for trend reversal will be provided (for each pollutant for which threshold values have been established) in schema element "startingPointTrendReversal" in class "ThresholdValue".
