It should be added ''biota EQS'' in pick-up list.
Please see the provisions of art. 2 of the Directive 2013/39 ("For the substances numbered 5, 15, 16, 17, 21, 28, 34, 35, 37, 43 and 44 in Part A of Annex I, Member States shall apply the biota EQS laid down in Part A of Annex I). So, in the table "SWPrioritySubstance", we suggest including additional ' Biota EQS' in pick-up list of the column "swPrioritySubstanceExceedanceType" , such as: 'AA EQS' = Annual Average of the EQS; 'MAC EQS' = Maximum Allowable Concentration of the EQS; 'Both' = Both and ' Biota EQS'.
