msfdMeasuresNeeded - Conditional.(MSFDMeasuresNeeded_Enum)

If the need for additional measures or more stringent measures beyond those required by the WFD in order to achieve the relevant MSFD objectives in coastal and marine environments have been considered in the PoM, select the additional measures needed to meet the MSFD objectives from the enumeration list. ‘None’ should be selected if the need for additional measures was considered but the conclusion was that no additional measures are needed.
