Indicate whether, in accordance with action taken pursuant to Article 16, there are measures to eliminate pollution of surface waters by those substances specified in the list of Priority Substances agreed pursuant to Article 16(2) and to progressively reduce pollution by other substances which would otherwise prevent Member States from achieving the objectives for the bodies of surface waters as set out in Article 4 (Article 11.3.k).
